1. About DomainsLounge and these Terms
DomainsLounge.com is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME AND LEGAL FORM], trading as The Amazing Apps, with its [registered office/principal business address] at [FULL INDIAN ADDRESS] ("DomainsLounge", "we", "us" or "our"). Our business and contact details appear on our Contact & Grievance Redressal page.
These Terms govern our website, account services, domain listings, hosted domain landing pages and domain monitoring features (together, the "Service"). By affirmatively accepting these Terms when registering or purchasing a plan, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. We make these Terms available to visitors, but do not treat a visit alone as consent to optional personal-data processing.
Our Acceptable Use & Domain Listing Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. A plan's clearly displayed order details govern its price, duration, domain allowance and included features. Mandatory legal rights take priority over all these documents.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an account or purchase a plan. Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. Protect your login credentials, use available security features and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise; this does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own breach of duty.
3. What the Service provides
The Service allows domain holders and their authorised representatives to display domain listings, configure landing pages, add supported external purchase links and access the monitoring features included in their plan. Monitoring may show registration status, reported expiry information or changes obtained from supported data sources.
We provide the features and usage limits described in your order. We do not promise a minimum number of visitors, inquiries, offers or sales, or any particular domain value or investment return.
4. Our role in domain purchases
DomainsLounge does not act as the domain registrar, registry, escrow provider, payment processor for domain sales, transfer agent or seller's broker. We do not hold domain purchase funds, negotiate a sale on a user's behalf or complete a domain transfer. A domain listing does not create a purchase contract with us.
Purchase buttons direct buyers to independent websites selected or supplied for the listing, which may include GoDaddy, Spaceship, Namecheap, Sedo and Dynadot. Availability of an option does not mean a domain can be purchased or transferred through every displayed provider. Buyers must check the exact domain name, seller, current price, fees, currency, payment arrangements, transfer restrictions and purchase terms on the destination website before proceeding.
Any domain purchase is governed by the arrangement between the buyer, the seller and the relevant external provider. Their terms, verification procedures, commissions, taxes, transfer processes and refund rules may apply. We can review or remove a problematic listing, but cannot reverse a third-party payment or guarantee completion of a transfer. Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for our own Service or any duty imposed on us by law.
5. No commission; listing fees
DomainsLounge does not charge buyers or sellers a commission or a percentage of a domain's sale price. Our charges are the fixed Service fees shown before a plan is purchased. External providers may charge their own commissions and other fees; our no-commission statement does not describe their charges.
Before payment, the order will show the plan fee, currency, duration, maximum number of domains, included features, applicable taxes and total payable. Any reference to "100 domains" means up to 100 active domain listings at a time unless the order expressly describes a different allowance. Deleting a listing frees a slot, subject to reasonable anti-abuse restrictions disclosed in the plan.
Our plans do not renew automatically. When the purchased term ends, you must choose and pay for a new term to continue paid features. We will notify you of the expiry using your account email. If payment is not received, paid features, monitoring and public landers may be disabled at the end of the term. Ending a DomainsLounge plan does not cancel or renew a domain registration.
Price changes apply only to future purchases or renewals. We will not increase the price of a term you have already paid for. Fees for domain registration, domain renewal, domain acquisition and third-party services are separate from our Service fees.
6. Your domain listings and authority
Only list a domain if you hold its registration rights or have permission from the person who does. We may ask for proportionate evidence of control or authority, such as a DNS verification record. A technical control check is not a guarantee of legal title, trademark clearance or freedom from a dispute.
Keep names, prices, descriptions, sale status and destination links accurate and current. Remove or update a listing promptly after a sale, loss of authority, expiry, suspension or a relevant dispute. Do not misrepresent a platform's support for the domain, a price, an affiliation or a buyer's protection.
You remain responsible for your registrar account, registration agreement, contact records, domain renewals, DNS configuration and any third-party marketplace obligations, including exclusivity arrangements. Pointing DNS records to us may affect existing services; check the configuration before making changes.
7. Monitoring and renewal responsibility
Monitoring is an informational aid and does not replace your registrar account, registrar notices or independent renewal checks. Data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or inconsistent because of registry and registrar practices, privacy restrictions, source changes, rate limits, network failures or caching. An expiry date shown in a public record may differ from a registrar's payment deadline or renewal status.
Unless a plan expressly promises a particular interval, monitoring is periodic and is not continuous or real time. A displayed "active", "expired", "available" or similar status is an observation from the identified source and time, not a guarantee of legal ownership, continued registration or purchase availability. We will use reasonable care in providing the monitoring features described in your plan.
We do not renew, recover or automatically purchase your domains. Keep registrar auto-renewal settings, payment methods, contact details and independent reminders current. Alerts may be delayed or fail to arrive, including through filtering or an incorrect contact address. Do not wait for a DomainsLounge alert before renewing a domain. Your statutory remedies for a defective Service remain unaffected.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your domains and submitted content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content, and to use service providers for those activities, only to operate and promote your listing through the Service. This licence does not transfer ownership of a domain and does not permit unrelated endorsement advertising using your identity.
The licence ends when the content is removed, except to the limited extent needed for backups, legal retention, dispute records or copies already cached outside our control. Our software, design, brand and other original materials remain ours or our licensors'. You must not copy them beyond permissions granted by law or these Terms.
9. Acceptable use and enforcement
Follow our Acceptable Use & Domain Listing Policy. We may investigate reports, request corrections or evidence, restrict an unsafe feature, remove a listing or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address a breach, fraud, security risk, rights complaint, non-payment or legal requirement.
Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond or correct the problem. Urgent risks and binding legal orders may require action without advance notice. You may ask our Grievance Officer to review a decision. We do not determine legal title to a disputed domain; competent courts, registrars, registries and applicable domain dispute procedures may do so.
10. Ending the Service
You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Subscription cancellation and refund rights are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Save any information you need before closing your account and change DNS settings if you no longer want your domains to point to our landers.
If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of its term for reasons other than your material breach, we will refund the prepaid fee attributable to the undelivered period. We retain information after closure only as described in our Privacy Policy and required by law.
11. Service standards and limitations
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Planned maintenance, security work, failures of external data sources and events beyond reasonable control may interrupt availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfectly current third-party data or a successful domain sale. Except for express commitments in your order and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we give no additional guarantee of fitness for a particular investment or trading purpose.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. For business users, this includes lost speculative profits or anticipated domain resale gains to the extent those are indirect or consequential.
Subject to the exceptions below, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the Service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) INR 10,000.
These exclusions and the cap do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, amounts we must refund under this contract, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not restrict statutory data-protection rights or regulatory powers. We remain responsible for our own acts and omissions to the extent required by law.
13. Third-party claims involving business users
If you use the Service for a business, you will reimburse us for reasonable, documented losses and costs finally awarded by a court, or agreed in a settlement you approve, arising from a third-party claim caused by your knowingly unlawful listing, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms. This obligation applies only to the extent you caused the loss and excludes our own negligence or misconduct. We must notify you promptly, allow reasonable participation in the defence and take reasonable steps to reduce loss. We will not agree to a settlement imposing an obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
14. Changes to these Terms
We will publish updated Terms with their effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the account or email, ordinarily at least 30 days. A change required by law or needed to address an urgent security issue may take effect sooner, with an explanation where practicable. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. We will obtain fresh agreement where required by law. If a discretionary change materially reduces a paid Service during an existing term, you may end that affected Service and request a proportionate refund for the undelivered period.
15. Governing law and disputes
Indian law governs these Terms. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, courts of competent jurisdiction at [CITY, STATE, INDIA] will hear disputes relating to them. This does not restrict a consumer's right to approach a competent consumer commission, a person’s right to use an applicable statutory grievance or appeal process, or any other non-waivable remedy. Please contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition that removes your legal remedies.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [LEGAL/SUPPORT EMAIL].
