1. What this Policy covers
This Policy applies to fixed fees paid to DomainsLounge for listing, lander and monitoring plans. It does not govern a domain purchase, domain registration or other payment made to an external marketplace, registrar, seller or payment provider. Their terms and applicable law govern those transactions. We do not receive domain sale proceeds or charge a domain sale commission.
2. Clear pricing and activation
Before purchase, we show the price, currency, plan duration, domain allowance, included features, taxes and total payable. Access starts after successful payment and activation. If payment succeeds but the plan is not activated, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the transaction reference so we can activate it or refund the affected charge.
3. Cancellation and renewal
Plans do not renew automatically. You can stop using a plan at any time and decline to purchase a further term. If you want your account or public listings closed before the paid term ends, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Otherwise, the paid features remain available until the purchased term expires, subject to our Terms. Removing a listing or changing its DNS settings does not itself request a refund.
4. First-purchase refund offer
For your first paid plan, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after activation by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] from your account email. Include your account identifier and payment reference. This is our voluntary first-purchase offer, in addition to your statutory rights. After the refund is approved, the refunded plan ends and its paid features and hosted landers may be disabled.
This voluntary offer does not repeat for renewal purchases or replacement accounts created to claim it again. That restriction does not limit refunds required by law, corrections of duplicate or unauthorised charges, or remedies for our failure to provide the promised Service.
5. Other refunds and service problems
We will correct duplicate charges and amounts incorrectly collected by us. If we cannot supply a paid Service, or it materially fails to match its description, contact us for an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, a proportionate refund or a full refund where required by law. We will not force you to accept store credit instead of a monetary refund when you are entitled to money back.
If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of its term for reasons other than your material breach, we refund the fee attributable to the undelivered period. Ordinary cancellation after the voluntary refund window does not carry a pro-rata refund solely because you changed your mind or did not use all domain slots, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
A domain not selling, receiving no traffic, or changing price on an external platform does not by itself mean that the purchased listing Service was defective. This does not remove remedies where our Service actually failed to meet its commitments. Suspension for a policy breach does not automatically forfeit a refund that the law requires.
6. Refund method and timing
We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and communicate the decision with reasons, ordinarily within seven calendar days. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within seven business days of approval, unless a shorter period is required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If the original method cannot be used, we will agree on a lawful alternative.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. Any separate currency conversion charge imposed by your bank is governed by your arrangement with it; we will still return the amount we are required to refund under applicable law.
7. Complaints and mandatory rights
If a billing concern remains unresolved, use our Contact & Grievance Redressal page. Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory consumer rights, lawful payment disputes or access to competent authorities.
