Acceptable Use & Domain Listing Policy
Published for development review on 2 October 2026. Company information, pricing, billing and refund provisions remain provisional. These drafts are not an active paid-plan offer; effective dates will be set before public launch.
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
1. Authorised and accurate listings
List only domains you control or are authorised to represent. Use accurate descriptions and supported links, respect marketplace exclusivity terms and update or remove a listing when ownership, authority, availability or price changes. Do not claim that a technical verification means legal title or trademark rights have been certified.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Offer a stolen domain, impersonate its holder, misrepresent authority or use forged verification material.
- Infringe trademarks, copyright or other rights, or engage in abusive cybersquatting or deceptive use of another business's identity.
- Phish, distribute malware, harvest credentials, redirect visitors deceptively or send people to fraudulent purchase pages.
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploitative, threatening or privacy-invading material, including child sexual abuse material and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Publish deceptive impersonations or unlawfully manipulated media, or remove a disclosure or provenance marker required by law.
- Mislead buyers about price, fees, availability, affiliation, purchase protection or the destination of a link.
- Publish another person's private information without a lawful basis, or use the Service for spam or unauthorised marketing.
- Circumvent plan limits, compromise accounts, overload the Service, exploit a vulnerability, evade security controls or scrape restricted information without permission.
- Use unlawful data sources or violate applicable laws, binding orders or restrictions governing a domain or transaction.
3. Lander configuration
Use only features we make available. Do not inject scripts, trackers, payment forms, misleading download buttons or redirects that are not authorised by the Service. Keep any notice or safety disclosure required by law or the approved feature visible. Listing fees do not authorise you to remove a legally required notice.
4. Review and action
We may request evidence, limit access, remove content, suspend an account, preserve relevant records or comply with a lawful authority request. We take account of the reported risk, available evidence, urgency and applicable law. Where permitted, we provide a reason and an opportunity for review. A complaint alone is not a final legal determination that a domain infringes rights.
5. Reporting a problem
Send reports to [ABUSE EMAIL] or the Grievance Officer shown on our Contact & Grievance Redressal page. Identify the exact domain and URL, describe the issue and provide relevant evidence and a way to contact you. For intellectual-property complaints, identify the right claimed and your authority to act for its holder. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or reproduce harmful material beyond what is needed to identify the issue.
We handle reports within applicable legal time limits. Our review can affect a listing or our hosted content; transfer or cancellation of a domain may require action through the registrar, registry, a competent court or an applicable dispute procedure such as the UDRP or .IN dispute policy. You may challenge our platform decision through our grievance process without losing any statutory remedy.
